New York Cubans
History: Playing most of their history in the Negro National League, the Cubans frequently boasted as many foreign players as any ballclub in the United States. In 1941, the Cubans featured Perucho Cepeda, father of Hall of Fame San Francisco Giants first baseman Orlando Cepeda. The most famous player in Cubans history, however, was Martin Dihigo, the only ballplayer ever to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fames in the United States, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.
